Today I returned to the gym, after a long period of inactivity. I joined Fit&Fun (Coimbra), do you know it? It was recommended to me by several people, it seemed pretty nice when I went to know it first, and after this first (and small) training, I can say I think I made the right choice. Now, the most important thing is not to give up! I think most of us have already used the excuse of “not having time” to stop exercising. For this reason, today I leave you with these tips (in portuguese) I found in entremulheres.pt! I hope you enjoy it and that it helps you to “make” time for your health and well-being.

Hoje voltei ao ginásio, após um longo período de sedentarismo. Inscrevi-me no Fit & Fun (Coimbra), conhecem? Recomendado por várias pessoas, pareceu-me bastante agradável quando fui conhecer e, depois deste primeiro (e pequeno) treino, posso dizer que acho que fiz a escolha certa. Agora o importante é não desistir! Penso que a maioria de nós já usou a desculpa de “não ter tempo” para deixar de fazer exercício. Por esse motivo, hoje deixo-vos com estas dicas que encontrei no entremulheres.pt! Espero que gostem e que vos ajudem a “arranjar” tempo para a vossa saúde e bem-estar.
